I'm Jasmine Baker!

I specialize in deep tissue, manual therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, sports massage, and chronic pain issues. I also enjoy more relaxing modalities of work. Whatever issue you are wanting to work on in your massage, I have a plan for you. 

About Me:

I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy through Weber State University, and a massage license through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. 

I've always wanted a career in helping others, and I've loved my jobs in physical therapy and massage work. The most

rewarding thing about massage therapy is being able to watch a client in pain feel better, and learn how to help themselves feel better too, over time. 

Releasing tight tension areas is important to feeling better, but it won't realistically last unless you know how to maintain it at home. An important part of my job is to also show you how to do that through things like posture, stretching, and sometimes minor lifestyle changes.
