Policies

• Same Day Cancellations: Cancelling an appointment on appointment day will result in a half-price late cancel fee, and an invoice will be emailed.
• Changing appointment length: Shortening the length of the appointment after the initial booking (eg. switching from a 90min appointment to a 60min appointment) retains the original price.
• Gratuity: This massage therapy clinic does not take gratuity/tips.
